Hyaluronic Acid is a compound present in every tissue of the body, with the highest concentrations occurring in tissues such as skin, cartilage and eyes providing protection to cell structures. Hyaluronic Acid is a primary component of synovial fluid, which lubricates and reduces friction between bones for healthy pain free joint movement. Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) is a naturally occurring sulfur compound and nutritional component of many foods. It is found in the normal diets of humans and almost all other animals. MSM is made up of 34% sulfur, the fourth most abundant mineral in the human body.
